• Account details: your name or studio name, email and password (stored encrypted).
• What you send us: Roblox game links, prompts, revision requests and any clips you upload.
• Videos we make: the footage, scripts, voiceovers and finished videos for your games.
• Billing: payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data: basic logs like pages visited, device type and errors, so we can keep the site working.

To make your videos, run your account, process payments, send important service emails (like "your video is ready"), prevent abuse and improve SpawnedReel. We don't sell your personal information.

Only the services we need to run SpawnedReel: hosting and database providers, payment processing (Stripe), and the AI, voice and video tools that produce your videos. They may only use your data to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

When you paste a game link, our AI joins that public Roblox game like any player and records gameplay. We may show aggregate numbers on our site (for example, how many games use SpawnedReel). We only feature your game or videos by name with your permission.

We use cookies that keep you logged in and remember your settings. We don't use advertising cookies.

We keep your account and videos while your account is open. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days, except what we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

You can ask us to see, correct, download or delete your data at any time by emailing us. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails with one click.

SpawnedReel is meant for game developers aged 13 and up. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and they must handle any payments. If we learn we've collected data from a child under 13, we'll delete it.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and tell you by email for any important changes.
